CURRICULUM VITAE
Stephen Rappaport is an actor, director, singer-songwriter, solo theater performer, playwright, and teacher. He received his initial theater training in 1972, at the Institute for Scenkonst, Sweden, under the direction of Ingemar Lindh, a colleague of Jerzy Grotowski. He has also studied extensively with Rob Reece (Method), Ernesto Sanchez (Mime Master), and Larry Moss (Stella Adler).
His monodramas, JONES, THE BIRD, THE CHOCOLATE QUARRY, CHIGGERS, THE MUSEUM OF CONTEMPORARY ART, THE THEORY OF EVERYTHING, AGGREGATE OF A NON-SEQUENTIAL EPIC ETC., and A PLAY ON WORDS have toured internationally with critical acclaim. He performs and tours performance/concerts with THE STEPHEN RAPPAPORT BAND,

Stephen Rappaport is also a veteran voice-over artist, having narrated the documentary HOMO SAPIENS 1900, five audiobooks (a series of fairy tales on Spotify), and radio spots for IKEA, MICROSOFT, and many more.
